XX International Plant Protection Congress

We are really proud and pleased to announce that the bid proposal of the Hellenic Society of Phytiatry submitted to the International Association for the Plant Protection Sciences (IAPPS) for the organization of the XX International Plant Protection Congress in Greece under the aegis of the Agricultural University of Athens has been accepted with honors by the IAPPS.

The congress will be held in Athens in June 2023.

We would like to point out that the Greek application was chosen among seven other submitted proposals and had to compete with much larger countries than Greece. Obviously, the acceptance of Greece's proposal is a very high honour for our country and a great recognition of the timeless contribution of Greek scientists to plant protection in research, application and education at a local and global level.

As organizers we are looking forward to your personal contribution to the successful organization and realization of the congress at all stages till the final day of the congress.
